Refund/Exchange
We provide fast and easy returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase for CAN and US orders. Once the items have been delivered to our distribution center, it can take up to 14 days for your refund or exchanges to be processed and sent to you. When returning items, please ensure tags are still intact and that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged so we can give you your full refund. Items that are clearly dirty, stained, smelly, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used do not fall under this return policy. Our team will reach out to you with some options, but a refund is out of the question in these cases. If you would like to make a return, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchanges.
Unfortunately we aren't able to refund to a different credit/debit card! If you are doing a return, and the original card you used to purchase the item is no longer in working order (i.e. it is expired), we will be able to refund you with a Gift Card.
