Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We provide returns and exchanges for eligible Canadian and U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags still attached. Items that are dirty, stained, scented, covered in pet hair, washed, damaged, or clearly used are not eligible for a refund. If we receive an item in this condition, our team will contact you with available options.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return has been delivered to our distribution center, please allow up to 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may be able to cancel it directly from your order confirmation page. After placing your order, refresh the confirmation page and select the Cancel Order button if it is available.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return if the item is eligible under our return policy.

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under EU consumer law.

To use your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them, unless the issue is due to damage, defect, or an error with your order.

EU customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise required by law to cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds for eligible EU withdrawals will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer rules, including the reimbursement of standard delivery costs where required by law. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. We are not able to refund to a different credit or debit card. If the original card is no longer active or available, we may issue the refund as a store credit or gift card where permitted.
