Shipping policy
We strive to ship all orders within 5-10 business days. We currently ship to addresses using Canada Post and UPS. If you have issues with your order, please email us at service@sheepishlyme.com for assistance.
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF CANADA, READ BELOW.
Our fulfillment facility is located in Canada. We ship internationally; from Canada, but please note that there may be some taxes and customs charges applied upon delivery. Promotional items do factor into customs and duties. **Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns or exchanges
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us, and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed. Going forward, please double-check shipping address. If you have third-party accounts i.e. Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, that auto-populate your information, this is where a lot of issues can arise.
Our sheep are working hard to get your order to your doorstep! Sometimes holidays may cause delays as they enjoy themselves on the farm. Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking link to view the status of your package; if you do not get one, make sure to check your other associated emails and/or your junk/spam folders!
