Exercise EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request using the form below. Once your request has been received, we will send you a confirmation by email.
Please include the following information:

- Email address used for the order
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to withdraw from
- Date your order was received
After submitting your withdrawal request, the item(s) must be returned to us in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with tags still attached where applicable.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Some items may not be eligible for withdrawal, including final sale items, personalized/custom items, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or used.
